烯丙基醚重排是把O上的烯丙基重排到苯的邻对位的方法,这种重排通常要比较高的反应温度,一般情况下会生成邻对位重排产物的混合物,如果对位有取代基则在邻位引入烯丙基,如果邻位有取代基则在对位引入烯丙基。


实例一

The bisallyl ether A (1 g, 2.59 mmol) was heated neat at 190°C (oil bath) under argon for 6 h. The resultant brown residue was dissolved in Et2O and filtered through silica to afford 6,6’-diallyl-2,2’,4,4’-tetramethoxybiphenyl-3,3’-diol P as colorless oil (0.88 g, 88%).

实例二

Decalin (8 mL) was added to a solution of skeleton (0.7mmol) at rt. The reaction mixture was stirred at reflux. The reaction was traced by TLC until skeleton was consumed. The reaction mixture was cooled to rt. Decalin was evaporated to afford crude product under reduced pressure. Purification on silica gel (hexanes/EtOAc = 8/1 ~4/1) afforded skeleton (16 mg, 89%).
